    We are currently shipping our medium sized planter, we have new sizes in the works including both a smaller and larger sized planter.

    All our planters are proudly made in Australia.
  • Are Botanic Belle Planters for indoor use?
    Our planters are designed for indoor or outdoor undercover use only. Planters that are left undercover outside for long periods may become soiled more quickly.
  • How do you use a Botanic Belle Planter?
    Simply put a saucer inside your planter followed by your plant in its nursery pot. When watering we recommend you take the nursery pot out and pop it in the bath, sink or shower and give it a good water, once you have allowed it to drain simply pop your plant back into the planter. Planters can of course also be used for other purposes such as storage!

    We dispatch orders via Australia Post.
  • How fast are orders delivered?
    For in stock items we endeavour to ship within 24 hours (weekday business hours). Standard Shipping (via Australia Post Parcel Post) delivers within 2 to 4 business days for metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne and ACT and 7 to 14 days for more remote areas. Express Post (Via Australia Post) this is the fastest delivery option, for metro areas Australia post offers next day delivery however please note this is currently not guaranteed by Australia Post. For any items not in stock it may take up to 14 days for them to be dispatched.

    Yes, via Australia Post Express Post at a cost of $10.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We dispatch our product from Sydney, Australia and we deliver to all Australian states and territories. At this stage we do not offer international delivery however please contact us if you are based outside of Australia and would like to place an order.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    We offer standard delivery (Australia Post Parcel Post) free Australia Wide. Express Post is available at a cost of $10.
