At Botanic Belle we pride ourselves on our commitment to producing high quality products. We carefully inspect and pack every item we ship to ensure that we exceed your expectations.

We do not process refunds or make exchanges based on incorrect choice or change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered otherwise we may be unable to process your claim. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery. Please reach out to us at hello@botanicbelle.com.au

Before the refund can be processed, we may request images of the damage or faulty item. Please note that any original delivery charges are not refundable. We may require that the damaged or faulty item(s) be returned to us for inspection and if so, we will pay for the delivery cost.
We dispatch our product from Sydney, Australia and we deliver to all Australian states and territories. We offer standard delivery (Australia Post Parcel Post) free Australia Wide as well as Express Post for an additional cost of $10.
